A Smile That Finally Feels Like You

Custom Veneers Crafted Around Your Natural Smile

A chipped or stained tooth can grab your eye longer than you’d like to admit, especially if it’s your own. It doesn’t need a full restoration, just a slight refinement to make a meaningful difference. Dr Klein’s veneers don’t aim to reinvent, they aim to gently reshape and reintroduce balance to your smile.

What Veneers Can Do For You

Not everyone considering veneers wants a Hollywood-perfect smile. Most just want their natural smile to feel more settled. Veneers can be used to address a range of your cosmetic concerns, including chipped teeth, deep discoloration, worn edges, and uneven spacing. For many of our patients, it also offers a more conservative approach to our other restorative treatments.

What makes veneers so effective is its flexibility. Dr. Klein and his team designs every veneer around your specific smile goals rather than a predetermined template. The end result should not make you feel like a new smile has been placed over your last one. It should still feel like your smile, with just fewer distractions.

Choosing Your Perfect Fit

During your first consultation with Dr. Klein, you will have the opportunity to discuss your long-term smile goals and help determine which type of veneer best supports the result you are hoping to achieve. Dr. Klein offers two primary types of veneers:

Porcelain Veneers

Porcelain veneers are known for their durability and natural appearance. The material reflects light similarly to natural enamel, helping veneers blend seamlessly with your surrounding teeth. They also resist staining, making them a popular choice if you want a long-lasting cosmetic solution.

Composite Veneers

Composite veneers are sculpted directly onto your teeth and can often be completed in a single visit. They can be an excellent option for addressing your smaller cosmetic concerns and may require a lower initial investment. While they generally do not last as long as porcelain veneers, they can still provide you with beautiful and natural-looking results.

What Happens After You Book

Your appointment with Art of the Smile is designed to feel unhurried. Cosmetic dentistry is a personal decision, and our team believes you should have the time to ask questions and feel confident about your treatment.

It Starts With a Conversation

Dr. Klein starts by listening: what bothers you about your smile now, and what you want it to look like instead. From there, he'll check your dental health to confirm veneers are the right fit for you. This is the time where you are welcome to ask Dr. Klein or our team any questions you may have.

Making Room for Your New Veneers

At your next appointment, a small amount of enamel is removed so the veneer has something to bond to. A local anesthetic keeps the area numb, so you're comfortable through the process.

Planning the Details of Your Smile

Digital impressions of your teeth are taken to build your custom veneers, and you'll choose the shade together. Temporary veneers go on in the meantime, protecting your prepared teeth and keeping your smile looking normal while the lab does its work.

The Day Your Smile Comes Together

Once your veneers are back from the lab, usually a few days to a few weeks depending on their workload, you'll come in to have them fitted. Dr. Klein bonds them in place and adjusts them until they feel secure and natural, not just from the front, but when you bite down too.

Where Art and Dentistry Meet

Your dental experience matters just as much as your results. That’s why when you visit Eric Klein D.D.S. & Associates, you will find an environment designed to feel familiar. Since 1987, Dr. Eric Klein and his team have helped patients throughout Fairfield County improve their smiles with thoughtful, highly personalized care.

Our team understands that creating veneers is not only about making teeth whiter or straighter. Every decision shapes how your smile fits your face. From tooth shape and proportion to symmetry and how light reflects across the surface, each detail contributes to the final result. Those details require technical skill, and a dental team that takes the time to understand what you want your smile to look and feel like.

Before recommending treatment, our team takes time to understand what you would like to change and what success looks like from your perspective. That conversation becomes the foundation for every decision and visit that follows.
